Welcome to Mobile Mobile Orlando! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
General Terms
- Mobile Mobile Orlando provides mobile device repair, accessories, and related services.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
- Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Product Information
- Mobile Mobile Orlando offers phones and accessories for sale. All products are described as accurately as possible, including specifications, features, and conditions.
Pricing & Payments
- Prices for phones and accessories are as displayed in-store or as communicated by Mobile Mobile Orlando.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, and we accept multiple payment methods including Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Cashapp, Venmo, etc.
Product Availability
- Availability of phones and accessories is subject to change. Mobile Mobile Orlando reserves the right to limit the quantity of products purchased by a customer.
Warranty
- Phones and accessories sold by Mobile Mobile Orlando may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty details will be provided to the customer at the time of purchase.
- Mobile Mobile Orlando is not responsible for products damaged due to customer negligence.
- Services rendered by Mobile Mobile may void the manufacturer’s warranty. By signing, you agree not to take legal action against Mobile Mobile for any voided warranties.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the product is in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Tax and a restocking fee (25% of the total device cost) will be charged on the basis of items purchased.
- No Returns & Refunds on Accessories.
Defective Products
- If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, the customer may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, as determined by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Ownership and Risk
- Ownership of the purchased product transfers to the customer upon full payment.
- The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage once the product is in their possession.
Product Care and Usage
- Customers are advised to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for product care and usage.
- Mobile Mobile Orlando is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or improper handling.
Waiver Form - Repair
- By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions as they relate to the repair services provided by Mobile Mobile Orlando, Inc. or its affiliated business entities (“Mobile Mobile”).
- The terms “you,” “your,” and “Customer” refer to the individual signing this contract.
Repair Agreement
- Mobile Mobile agrees to repair your device for the agreed-upon price specified before inspection and repair.
- If additional damage is identified during a comprehensive inspection, the initial contract may be voided at Mobile Mobile’s discretion.
- New terms and conditions will be established before further work proceeds.
Payment Terms
- Payment, as agreed upon before diagnosis or repair, is due upon submission of the device.
- This includes parts, labor, and installation unless otherwise specified.
- If additional repair areas are identified, Mobile Mobile will inform the customer, and any further work will be carried out only upon customer approval.
Ownership of Replaced Parts
- Upon full payment, the replaced part becomes the property of the customer.
- Until payment is received in full, the replaced part remains the property of Mobile Mobile Orlando.
Abandoned Devices
- Failure to claim and pay for your device within thirty (30) days after repair notification may result in Mobile Mobile considering the device abandoned.
- In such cases, Mobile Mobile may dispose of the device at its discretion.
Data Transfer and Software Installation
- If the repair involves transferring information or installing software, you affirm your legal right to copy the information and agree to software license terms.
- Mobile Mobile is authorized to perform these actions on your behalf during the service.
- You agree to indemnify Mobile Mobile against any claims related to data transfer or software installation.
Confidentiality
- Mobile Mobile agrees to keep all data received from the customer’s device confidential.
- Disclosure of confidential information is limited to legal requirements or defense against third-party claims.
Liability Disclaimer
- Mobile Mobile Orlando is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of phones and accessories.
- The liability of Mobile Mobile Orlando is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Product Recycling
- Customers are encouraged to recycle or dispose of electronic devices responsibly.
- Mobile Mobile Orlando may offer recycling programs or information on responsible disposal methods.
Privacy Policy
- Customer information collected during the sale will be handled in accordance with Mobile Mobile Orlando’s privacy policy.
- Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Governing Law
- All sales transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Orange County, Florida.
